Only if you want one! We offer one-time extermination services as well as annual service agreements for your home or place of business throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.

What is the typical cost for pest control services?

Do I need to leave my home or office for treatment?
Not typically. Most pest control services can be performed with residents present. More extensive treatments, such as bed bug extermination and flea removal, require a 4-hour vacancy period following treatment.

Do you offer any guarantees?
City Wide Exterminating guarantees to provide a pest-free home while using the most environmentally responsible, pet-friendly pest control solutions at an affordable rate. If you select an annual service agreement for pest control, and a problem arises between treatments, we provide additional targeted treatments at no charge.

What is involved in your pest control services?
First we start with an assessment. We figure out why you’re having the pest problem, where it may be coming from, and how to eliminate it. Our technicians then treat accordingly and discuss any recommendations for ongoing pest prevention with you.

Is pest control safe or pet-friendly for my home or office (children, pets & plants)?
