City Wide Exterminating Celebrates Two Graduates of the Prestigious Premier Technician Program

Locust, NC — City Wide Exterminating is proud to celebrate Senior Service Specialist Sam Schuman and Service Specialist Nethan Castro for successfully completing the Premier Technician Program through the North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA). Sam and Nethan were among only eight pest management professionals to graduate from the intensive two-year program on November 6, 2025.

“Sam and Nethan began this journey in 2023 with a goal to strengthen their technical knowledge and elevate their expertise in pest management,” said Ashley Morrison, President of City Wide Exterminating. “Their hard work and commitment to professional growth are a true reflection of the values we hold as a company. We couldn’t be prouder of their dedication and the example they set for our entire team.”

The Premier Technician Program is a specialized, hands-on training series that deepens expertise across eight key areas of pest management, including ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, flying insects, occasional invaders and stored product pests, rodents, wood-boring inspections (WDIR Accreditation), and wood-destroying organisms. Graduates of the program are recognized for their advanced knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence in the field.

To maintain the Premier Technician designation, professionals must complete at least one eight-hour continuing education course every two years, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry standards and innovation.
