City Wide Exterminating Celebrates Two Graduates of the NCPMA Leadership Development Academy

Locust, NC - City Wide Exterminating is proud to announce that team members Adam Hartsell and Zach Roach have successfully completed the North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA) Leadership Development Academy, a respected industry program designed to cultivate rising leaders in the pest management profession.

Adam and Zach were part of the Academy’s second cohort, which began in November 2024 and concluded with a graduation ceremony held during the 2025 United We Stand Conference in Greensboro on November 21, 2025.

The Leadership Development Academy is a three-part executive training program tailored specifically to the pest management industry. Participants complete sessions in Organizational Leadership, Personal & Team Leadership, and Implementation Toolbox, culminating in a collaborative capstone project presented to industry peers.

“We are incredibly proud of Adam and Zach for their commitment to personal and professional growth,” said Ashley Morrison, President of City Wide Exterminating. “This program pushes its participants to think differently, lead confidently, and bring fresh ideas back to their teams. Seeing both of them invest in these skills and represent City Wide with such excellence is truly something to celebrate.”

City Wide Exterminating continues to invest in leadership development as part of its commitment to growing strong, service-minded professionals within the organization and across the pest management industry.
